If you have a self signed certificate installed at server and access by Chrome, Chrome shows the certificate is insecure, and no more Proceed by clicking "Advance" button.
Quick solution is
click any empty space on the denial page and type thisisunsafe
Voila your self signed certificate page will work like a charm!
